Understand Your Goals and Dreams

Understanding your vision and goals for your new home is our first priority. With that in mind, our first step is an initial meeting where we discuss what you envision. If you don't have a clear vision in mind, that's okay too; we can help you turn your idea into a complete outline for your dream home.

Decide Where to Build

The site matters as much as the structure we construct. We'll put our 30 years of experience building in coastal Brunswick County to work to help you find the perfect location for your dream home. Of course, if you already have your spot picked out then we can move into design!

Design & Construction

Design and construction might seem like two separate phases, but they go hand in hand. Once you've picked your home site, we'll do a site visit to develop the outline for your new home. We'll discuss the foundational and exterior components and begin the building process. From this point forward, we'll discuss your vision for interior design, including everything from wall colors to cabinets, countertops, faucets, and trim work.

Walking With You Throughout the Process

During the construction process, we'll continue to have walk-through visits as needed. This allows you to watch every phase of your custom home being built. We have partners who can help you along the way, including planners, designers, custom cabinet specialists, surveyors, mortgage brokers, insurance agents, and more.
