Our prices start at $185 per square foot and reflect your desires. You can decide what you want and how much you want to spend.

We have 30 years of experience building homes designed to withstand the effects of oceanfront living and wind-driven rain. Our team is fully trained in proper siding installation, window installation, roof installation, framing, and flashing to help defend against the elements. We have experience dealing with all types of home construction, including wood, concrete, and steel frame designs. We’ll work to create a strong design to ensure that your home is as safe as possible. Our coastal homes come standard with impact glass and many other upgrades that we believe are a must when building on a barrier island.
Will my home be protected if something happens?
